The third method of submitting a CS 2 VAC ban appeal is through Faceit’s Support Page. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to proceed:

  • enter your email address (this is where they will contact you);
  • choose “I am banned” under Contact Reason and specify the ban type (such as “VAC Ban on Steam”);
  • provide your account identification information, including your Faceit Account Name, Steam Profile link, and email;
  • select “CSGO” or “Counter-Strike 2” from the list of games;
  • enter a relevant subject, such as “CS 2 VAC ban appeal”;
