Now, here's what to expect: We've received your order and all the details you provided. We'll start working on it as soon as we possibly can. Just keep in mind that, depending on time zones, you may place an order while we're catching some sleep. If that happens, don't worry — we'll jump on it first thing when we're up.
You're our priority, and we're excited to help get you back in the game!
Don't worry! It's very rare for us to take longer than 12 hours to send your ticket (usually due to time zone differences or sleep - see the question above). You can check our schedule here to get a better idea. Also, please take a quick look in your Spam or Junk folder just in case our email landed there.
If it's been more than 12 hours and there's still no email, please reach out to us directly at contact [at] unbanster.com. We're here to help and will get back to you as soon as possible!
No worries! We usually include instructions on how to submit the ticket to Customer Support, but if you're still unsure, we're here to help. We've created some step-by-step guides for the most popular games, which you can find in the games list on our homepage.
If your game isn't listed or you still have questions, just reach out, and we'll walk you through the process! 🙂
Don't worry; that's completely normal. It's actually pretty rare for them to reply within just a few hours. Often, it can take a few days, especially during a ban wave when they're receiving lots of tickets from other players too.
It's best to give them up to 1–2 weeks to respond, as they generally don't appreciate receiving multiple tickets before they've even answered the first one.
Sometimes, a delay can mean they've escalated or forwarded your case to a different department for a more thorough review, which is a good sign!
Once you get a response from the game's Customer Support, just open the email we sent you with the ticket (from ticket [at] unbanster.com), click "Reply," and paste in the response you received from support. It's that simple!
We'll send you the next ticket as soon as we can! There's a chance we might be asleep when you reply, so please allow up to 12 hours (usually much less). Rest assured, we'll get back to you as soon as we're up and ready!
