Now, as for the order. Rest assured, that we have received your order, along with all the details you wrote.

We will get on it as soon as we possibly can, but please understand that sometimes you can place the order right after we went to sleep, since there’s a big chance that you’re from a different time zone than us.

That being said, if that’s the case, rest assured as we’ll still get back to you after we wake up. You are our top priority!
